Their Google Drive feature uploads the client's own database backups to a Drive account that an
administrator explicitly connects, using the drive.file scope (app-created files only). The
connected Google account remains subject to Google's own terms.
Backup files contain confidential records; administrators are responsible for securing the connected account and verifying backups are restorable. Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
